Natalie LeePRACTICE MANAGER Natalie completed her Bachelor of Commerce in 2000 at the University of Melbourne and became a member of the Chartered Accountants, Australia & New Zealand in 2009. She has been an integral part of OT Essentials’ growth since 2017. Natalie takes pride in her work and professional development through recently completing the Fundamentals of Practice Management certificate and participating in ongoing Xero training. She provides invaluable support to OT Essentials’ therapists through ensuring the smooth running of our practice by ensuring clients’ files are maintained, policies and procedures are current and financial procedures are managed in an appropriate, confidential and timely manner. | |
Chloe HayesOCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST Chloe completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Deakin University in Geelong. Throughout her studies she worked as a Peer Mentor and Therapy Assistant with NDIS participants of all ages, where she was able to add to her depth of knowledge of the NDIS system, OT processes and interventions, and experience first-hand how therapy can be invaluable in increasing quality of life for participants. Chloe’s compassionate nature, holistic and diligent approach is highly valued by her participants, and she enjoys building connections with those she works with as well as their support networks. Chloe has experience working with intellectual disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), neurological and physical conditions, and has a particular interest in capacity/skill building, assistive technology and minor home modifications to help her participants reach their goals. | |
